Will my franked mail still be accepted by Royal Mail?
Yes. Everything we supply meets Royal Mail and Mailmark print standards, and we are a Royal Mail Approved Franking Machine Maintainer and Inspector, so your frank will scan and be accepted.
How many impressions will I get?
Yield depends on how much you print - printing an advert or logo and higher postage values use more ink. Typical yields are shown in the product description where available.
Will using this affect my machine warranty or lease?
No. Using a supply that meets the required Royal Mail print standard does not affect your machine warranty or lease agreement.
When will my order arrive?
Order before 3pm on a working day and it is dispatched the same day. Free standard UK delivery on orders over £40, and free next-day delivery on orders over £200.
Can I get a VAT invoice?
Yes. A full VAT invoice is included with every order and is available to download from your account.
What if I order the wrong item?
