Frequently asked questions for the Franking Labels

Which supplies fit the Franking Labels?
Every item on this page is matched to the Franking Labels, so anything here will fit. If you are unsure of your exact model, use the machine finder or call us on 01543 572 776.
Are these supplies approved by Royal Mail?
Yes. Franking Ink is a Royal Mail Approved Franking Machine Maintainer and Inspector, so every item meets Royal Mail and Mailmark print standards and will not be rejected.
Do you sell franking labels for the Franking Labels?
Yes. Franking labels for the Franking Labels are listed on this page alongside the ink, so you can order both in one go.
How many franks will one cartridge print?
Yield depends on the cartridge and how much you print - adverts and higher postage values use more ink. The expected impression count is shown on each product page.
Will using these affect my machine warranty or lease?
No. Using supplies that meet the required Royal Mail print standard does not affect your machine warranty or lease, and all of ours do.
How fast is delivery?
Order before 3pm on a working day for same-day dispatch. Free standard UK delivery on orders over £40, and free next-day delivery on orders over £200.
Can I get a VAT invoice?
Yes. A full VAT invoice is included with every order and is available to download from your account.
Do you offer trade or bulk pricing?
Yes. If you run several machines or order in volume, call us on 01543 572 776 for trade pricing and a single monthly invoice.
My frank is faint or streaky - what should I do?
Run your machine's built-in print-head clean first. If it persists, the cartridge is likely low or dry, so fit a fresh one. Faint franks are the most common cause of rejected mail.
