No. The Products uses genuine (original) supplies only, so there is no compatible alternative for this model. Every cartridge we supply for it is a genuine UK item.
Are these supplies approved by Royal Mail?
Yes. Franking Ink is a Royal Mail Approved Franking Machine Maintainer and Inspector, so every item meets Royal Mail and Mailmark print standards and will not be rejected.
How many franks will one cartridge print?
Yield depends on the cartridge and how much you print - adverts and higher postage values use more ink. The expected impression count is shown on each product page.
Will using these affect my machine warranty or lease?
No. Using supplies that meet the required Royal Mail print standard does not affect your machine warranty or lease, and all of ours do.
How fast is delivery?
Order before 3pm on a working day for same-day dispatch. Free standard UK delivery on orders over £40, and free next-day delivery on orders over £200.
Can I get a VAT invoice?
Yes. A full VAT invoice is included with every order and is available to download from your account.

My frank is faint or streaky - what should I do?
Run your machine's built-in print-head clean first. If it persists, the cartridge is likely low or dry, so fit a fresh one. Faint franks are the most common cause of rejected mail.
